Ashdown Phillips & Partners (formerly Phillips & Feeley) was established in 2004 in response to the need for the kind of commercial property management which was considered lacking in the market place.

We are a niche practice dealing only with commercial property management as our core business. By actively building relationships with our clients and their other advisors we are able to represent their interests in the most positive way. By working from this position of trust we are able to offer a service which is more akin to an in house advisory service than a remote agent.

Our business has consistently grown over the last seven years. Today, Ashdown Phillips has a team of thirty seven people managing properties in the UK. We are proud to say that this growth has been by way of client referral.

Many of the team are senior professionals from London based surveying practices and although our core business is property management we collectively possess the skills to offer a full range of advice for our clients including asset management and due diligence.

We currently manage national properties for clients including property companies and private investors. These properties represent the full spectrum of assets from prime retail units and multi occupied office accommodation to secondary industrial style premises.
