Our role is to become a trusted adviser and an integral part of our clients' property teams. By working from this position of trust we are able to offer a service that is more akin to an in-house advisory service than a remote agent.
Many of our team are senior professionals recruited from London-based surveying practices, and although our core business is property management, we collectively possess the skills to offer a full range of advice for our clients, including asset management and due diligence.
We currently manage nationwide portfolios for clients including pension funds, property companies and private investors. These properties represent the full spectrum of assets from prime retail units, shopping centres and multi occupied office accommodation to secondary industrial premises.
