Dan Holsburt took over as security manager at Farnborough Business Park in October 2017. He has taken to the role exceptionally well and has changed the dynamics and exposure of the team who are now much more active on the site.

The team have demonstrated great dedication to the site with a constant desire to provide the best service. Staff are taking up the e-learning modules and are always keen to see what is coming next. This, with the notable change since Dan has taken up the manager’s role is what helped make the final decision. Dan and the team will continue to grow, prove an asset and be great ambassadors for both TSG and Ashdown Phillips.

TSG consider a number of factors when deciding on the team of the year including all the basic measurable criteria of client feedback, KPI scores, absences, issues on site and incidents on site. They also consider any changes in the team and how they are perceived.
