Our November winner is Thomas Love who’s our Facilities Manager at The Hub in Glasgow. Thomas showed great initiative with the water ingress issues at The Hub whilst on annual leave and came into the building and ensured that he spoke to each tenant affected offering help and advice where he could.

Earlier this year we launched this new initiative, Dare Devil, where colleagues nominate each other for demonstrating examples of brilliant customer service.

Winners are announced every month and are awarded a £50 voucher. Our monthly winners then get entered into our annual competition to win a weekend away.
